Shahid will review your property, your mortgage details, your equity position, and your timeline. This isn't a hard sales call โ€” it's a genuine look at what options make sense for your situation.

We'll look at your mortgage balance, interest rate, remaining term, property condition, and what you need to walk away with. From there we identify which creative strategy โ€” Subto, seller financing, lease option, or cash โ€” makes the most sense.

Note: Not every deal works for creative financing. If your situation doesn't fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction. We don't do deals that don't make sense for both parties.

The title company handles all the paperwork, records the deed transfer, and ensures everything is done legally and correctly. You receive copies of every document.

Once we close, we take over the property and all associated payments. You are done โ€” relieved of the burden and free to move forward.

Closing timeline: We work on your timeline, not a bank's. No waiting for loan approvals or buyer financing to come through.
